Why consent should be a signed record
A terms line saying "make sure you have the rights" isn't consent. We make consent a record in the database.
Consent written into the terms
Many generation platforms rely on users ticking a box, and only look into it after a dispute. Finding nothing is the norm: nobody remembers who consented or what use they consented to.
Once it's a record
The person completes identity verification and signs per use, and every generation is checked against that record. After withdrawal, new generations stop immediately and older works can't be exported either.
What you can see
For every work, the verification page shows who licensed it, for what use, and whether it's still valid. The ledger records the revenue share for each use.
